Certified EO recently highlighted MSI’s achievement as ESOP Company of the Year. Here’s what they shared:
2019 ESOP Company of the Year
Congratulations to our member Miklos Systems Inc., for being recognized as the 2019 ESOP Company of the Year by The ESOP Association!
Miklos is a technology contractor that provides software development, systems engineering, and project management services to clients primarily in the federal government.
They have built an outstanding ownership culture using a variety of successful strategies to engage their employee-owners, with special attention to addressing the dispersed nature of their workforce.
Miklos maintains regular communication through monthly meetings for the whole company and hosts lunch gatherings at rotating locations and times to accommodate various schedules. Miklos also makes use of both in-person and digital communication via a SharePoint site and regular email updates.
Additionally, Miklos infuses ESOP education for new employees into every step of the process, including in conversations with recruiters, during interviews, and through a series of interactive training sessions for new hires, taught by members of the Employee Ownership Committee.
