Usually we think of summer as a time to relax and recharge. For MSI this summer has been exactly the opposite. We submitted two large competitive proposals, one to an existing customer and one to a new customer, completed two other renewal/extension type of proposals, completed our annual corporate valuation and stock allocation to our employee-owners, and completed the corporate stock transaction to become 100% employee owned.
There’s not a lot of time to rest. We continue to have more opportunities than we have staff to respond to. Newcomers are welcome. We think we’ve built an environment that allows techies to do what they like to do best and that recognizes that our technical experts and the work they do for their customers drives our success.
