Part of any culture, including our corporate culture, is the traditions, and Thanksgiving especially is about traditions. This November, we were able to kick off the Holiday Season and start Thanksgiving week with our Holiday Dinner. We had over 60 people attend a wonderful dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Arlington.
In talking with some of our earliest employees, we realized how much this tradition has grown. What started as the first few employees and spouses around Betsie’s dining room table for dinner one night has evolved. We moved through three progressively larger dining rooms at the Heart In Hand Restaurant in Clifton, to a small, crowded room at the Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Fairfax. Now we enjoy the beautiful rooms with a view we’ve used the last few years in Crystal City. It’s a special night for everyone, and we enjoy getting to see everyone outside of the office.
