This fall, the Employee-Owners of Miklos Systems, celebrated our 21st Anniversary and our progress towards being 100% employee-owned with a private cruise and luncheon on the Potomac River. The cruise departed from National Harbor and sailed for over two hours, past monuments, parks, and beautiful DC scenery. While sailing, employees and MSI retirees enjoyed lunch, trivia, and the chance to relax with each other outside of the office.
In keeping with this years’ ESOP theme “We Own Our Future”, Betsie Miklos our Founder and Chairman of the Board spoke about how Miklos Systems had evolved naturally from the wholly-owned company to an employee-owned company while still maintaining the Guiding Principles that made us so successful. She and Roland shared stories of MSI’s growth from a one to tw o-person company that started in Betsie’s basement into the thriving company it is today.
